Lanka Radio අපේ විශේෂත්වය නම්, ලෝකයේ කොතනක හෝ සිට ඔබ අපට සවන් දෙන්නේ නම්, ඔබවැනිම තවත් ශ්රී ලාංකිකයන් පිරිසක් ඔබ සමගම අපට සවන් දෙන බව අපට සහතික කර ප්රවකාශ කළ හැකියි. එය ඔබට සතුටට කරුණක් නොවේද ? ලොවේ දසත ඔබ අපි මේ හැම විසිරී කාර්යබහුල දිවියක් ගෙවූවත් එක මොහොතක අපි සැම එක අරමුණකට ගොනු කරන්නට ලංකා රේඩියෝ අප සමත් වී ඇත... අන්න ඒ නිසාමයි අපි කියන්නෙ අපි තනිවී නැතැයි කියා.... අපගේ හද පිරි ආදරය ලංකා රේඩියෝ හරහා ඔබට තිලිණ කරන්නේ ඉතාමත්ම සතුටිනි....
වසර කිහිපයකට පෙර සිට අප ජර්මනියේ FM නාලිකා 2 මගින් සතිපතා අපේ වැඩ සටහන් ගුවනට එක කළා.... අද ලොව පුරාම අපට සවන් දෙන රසිකයන් ගණන දසදහස් ගණනින් දිනපතා වැඩි වෙමින් පවතී.. මේ නාලිකා 2 ජාත්‍යන්තරයේ විවද භාෂා මගින් වැඩ සටහන් නිෂ්පාදනය කරන නිසාම අපටත් මේ මා හැගි අවස්ථාව ලබී තිබෙනවා....
අපගේ වැඩ සටහන් ඔවුන් සමග එක්ව සිංහල සහ ජර්මන් භාෂා වලින් ගුවනට එක් කරන්නට ඉන් ලැබෙන්නෙ නොමද පිටුවහලක්. එමෙන්ම විවිධ හරවත් ගීත සහ සංස්කෘතික වැඩ සටහන් මෙන්ම රටේ ප්‍රවීණ ප්‍රසිද්ධ කලාකරුවන් සජීවීව සම්බන්ධ කර ගනිමින් පටිගත කරන වැඩසටහන් නිසා ලංකා රේඩියෝ ඔබේ හදවතේ විශේෂ තැනක් ගන්නා බව අපට සැකයක් නැත...

A few years ago we brought Lanka Radio to you weekly through two FM channels. Today we have a growing global listership. As these channels broadcast programs in different languages, we have also got this amazing opportunity to air programs in our own language Sinhala.

Through DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) we will broadcast programs using the internet, so a vast majority of people could listen to our programs including popular songs, social events & many other interesting topics to all.
